Project Update: Matrix Development Builds Two Apartments In Norton Commons Live/Work Building

Matrix Development LLC completed Matrix Place One, a 13,000 square foot live/work building in late 2008 in Norton Commons here in Louisville, Kentucky. Mike Russell, Co-Owner of Matrix Development, who has guided the project to completion, says, "We are pleased to be part of such an innovative and distinct project such as Norton Commons." This project is a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). Sitting on 600 acres, Norton Commons is its own community bordering Jefferson and Oldham counties. With a village center that is surrounded by residential housing, Norton Commons brings back the old appeal of communal structure, which is based on ease and convenience.
