Mini Cooper Comes To Louisville
The iconic automotive brand Mini Cooper opened in Louisville, Kentucky, this past April and Matrix Development served as the general contractor for the new dealership. The dealership is located at 4170 Shelbyville Road, in the heart of St. Matthews. Mike Russell, co-owner of Matrix Development, explained that the Mini Cooper facility has proven to be one of the most unique-looking automotive dealership in the Kenuckiana area. The 16,000 square foot building features a solid black exterior, spacious glass panels and elevated "jewel boxes" to feature several models of the popular car. Matrix Development is appreciative of having received this high profile project and working with the owner David Peterson who has stated that "in these hard economic times, this is good news for Louisville."
