Calabasas Motorcars

This project involved the extensive renovation of an existing 100,000 sq. ft. building in the upscale bedroom community of Calabasas, California which is located just north of Los Angeles. Originally this building was home to Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and Nissan dealerships but under new ownership, our client wanted an exclusive Mercedes-Benz-only facility that would appeal to its high-end customer base. Matrix Development was able to design a floor plan that was far more efficient than the previous one allowing customers and staff to utilize the entire space more efficiently. Matrix assumed the role of the construction management, working with a California based architect and local contractors facilitating the engineering, design and renovation of the automotive display area, including landscape and hardscape.
