Watterson City Office Park

Watterson City Office Park is the home for various businesses and organizations, and Matrix Development is involved with the ongoing design for tenant improvements there in Louisville, Ky. Matrix Development has been awarded several contracts to facilitate these improvements for an ever-expanding group of tenants, including the firms Healthcare Excel, Wilkerson & Associates and, most recently, Norton Healthcare. Matrix Development has also been contracted to renovate several public areas throughout the Watterson City complex.
