Volvo of Calabasas

Located in the mountainous terrain of Calabasas, California, this Volvo dealership was built into a hillside that parallels Interstate 101. Matrix Development once again assumed the role of the construction management and with the cooperation of local geotechnical and structural engineers, the facility was built from the ground-up including the construction of a complex retaining wall. This wall ultimately created the essential building pad for the dealership consisting of a retail sales showroom, service center, and a three-story parking garage.
